Is the price quoted for the whole property or per person and is there anything extra to pay?
The prices quoted are for the whole property NOT per person. There is nothing extra to pay (except for flights). The price includes linen, towels, water, electricity, butler and maid service, any local taxes etc.

Which is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Barcelona (40 minutes away). You can also fly into Girona which is a one hour drive to the retreat.

Can I pay in US$ and is a personal cheque ok?
A personal cheque is fine for £ (Sterling) and € (Euros). For US$ and CAD$, please use international bank transfer. For £££ and $$$ please ask for a conversion rate.

Is the villa suitable for children?
Yes; however there are stairs and railings.

Is there a telephone?
There will be a mobile telephone available for the duration of your stay and credit can be arranged with the Butler.

Can the changeover day be varied?
Yes, in the winter months only. Whilst in the summer we have to adhere to the stipulated changeover day, in the winter we can be more flexible to fit in with your travel arrangements.

Is the property heated in the winter?
The property has winter and undertile electric heating for your comfort. There are also 2 wood-burning fireplaces for cozy nights in.

What T.V channels can I receive?
All the television comforts of home with Sky Satellite T.V.

Is the pool in commission all year & is it heated?
The swimming pool is maintained and in commission from Easter to the end of October. There is a Jacuzzi/hot tub for the cooler winter months. Sometimes pool equipment breaks or needs maintenance. We cannot be held responsible if a pool is not in commission due to circumstances beyond our control though every effort will be made to solve any problem as quickly as possible.

Is there a discount for longer lets?
Yes, for stays of 3 weeks or longer in the winter.

Will I have a local contact?
Yes, your 24 hour Butler will handle any/all questions, concerns and requirements.

Can you organise flights?
Sorry, but at the moment no. - but we can give you advice and several recommendations.
